MCA 200t certified captain (4th edition), Martin Briand has already many deliveries from Montreal Canada towards many ports of call in the USA under his command. The planning of those trips is a meticulous process and will depend on each and every vessel. Fuel type, fuel capacity, weather, departure date, insurance coverage, those are all factors that will be affecting the planification.

+ ​To provide reliable professional yacht delivery serviced in the shortest possible time, according to an agreed schedule and in keeping with prudent operation. We will knowingly hazard no vessel;

+ To deliver each vessel in ''bristol'' fashion thoroughly mechanicaly checking and washing each vessel and the end of each day's operation and tolerating no built-up of salt or debris or ''waterway grime''.

+ To provide a written syllabus for each aspect of operational expenses and to remain engaged to the point of the client's thorough understanding of the delivery;

+ To provide complete logs and expenses records of the yacht delivery operations promptly;

​

+ To provide all services at competitive prices and assure clients of total satisfaction.

​+ Work in a drug free athmosphere and submit to any drug test on the client's request and submit my resume for insurances purposes;

​+ Deliver our services in a manner consistant with the highest professional standards, including arriving to the assignment on time, dressing appropriately, behaving courteously and being fully prepared to the yacht delivery services to wich commited;

​+ Describe our services to our clients fully and candidly, including the scope, risks, limitations and expected outcomes. We will faithfully adhere to the description of services and not deviate without a clear and logical explanation for doing so;

​+ Adhere to all local, state and federal laws at all times while engaging in our professional services including maintaining licences, permits and papers as required by laws and regulations.

NOT INCLUDING ALL EXPENSES (fuel, marinas, groceries, crew, plane tickets, restaurants, car rental, parts & accessories). The vessel should be full of gaz or diesel before departure for the delivery.

Notice : If the pick-up region is close enough, I will drive there by rented car (pick-up in Burlington VT), if not, we will fly in. The main reason for the rented car option is that we can bring more safety material and personal gear by car than by plane.
